⑴ Item Scope

Items needed to be approved or confined, in the list of “State Foreign Invested Industry Guidance Catalogue” and “Wuhan Foreign Investment Guidance Catalogue”

Items with a total investment of no less than USD 3 million

Items belonging to special-type industries

Items should be regulated or monopolized, with provisions set by state and municipal government

Items with demand for land resources

Items with requirement for environmental evaluation

⑵ Necessary Documents

Application Reports

Item Recommendation (for Sino-for-eign joint venture equity &c contractual) or Application From (for wholly foreign investment enterprise)

Feasibility Study Reports (for the items with a total investment of no less than USD 10 Million)

Contract (only for Sino-foreign joint venture equity & contractual)

Approval of the Environment Protection Bureau for items making environmental pollution

Approval of the relative administration department

Three-year Liability From of Credit Certificate of each investing part

Business License (copy) or Business Registration Certificate (copy) of each investing part

Legal person’s Identification Paper (copy)
