II Project Background:

Poly Central China Industrial Develop Co, Ltd. sets foot in the business of restaurants, tourism, engineering, advertisements, including implementation of projects of White Rose Hotel, Poly Park in Tianyan community, and Wuhan Poly Park. The Poly Cultural Square to be developed is situated in the intersection of Zhongnan Road and Minzhu Road, which is the central area of Company Headquarter Zone. It boasts an ideal location for it neighbors to People’s Government of Hubei Province and Hubei Committee of CCP, White Rose Hotel, Wuhan Railway Bureau, China Telecom Hubei Branch, Hongshan Hotel;

III Project Contents:

  A 5A office building is to be built, invested by Hongkong RICHE INTL LTD, Shanghai Poly company, designed by SOM Company, US. It will occupy 12000 square meters, with the total floorage of 126000 square meters. The main tower is 179 meters high and containing 42 floors while the subsidiary building contains 19 floors. The building adopts a rectangular design, constructed by the main tower and subsidiary building to form a gate structure facing Hongshan Square. Insider the gate, there is transparent open public area—Great City Hall, the largest Great City Hall in china, which is 43.8 meters high, totals an floorage of 2014 square meters and a capacity of 75073 cube meters. The three floors underground owns 702 parking spaces and 150 reserved mechanical parking spaces. Five groups of vertical transporting system including 21 elevators and 27 escalators could send guests to any floor within 60 seconds. The 1st-9th floor will be equipped with public service facilities such as financial business organizations, restaurants and cinemas. The 9th-18th floors will contain apartments. The total investment will be about 900million RMB.

This project will hit the market with business culture as its theme and to make it the incubator of company headquarters and Hi-tech enterprises, which symbolizes Elegance, Fashion, and Quality of Wuhan.
