I Unit to Contact: Wuchang Culture- Sports Bureau

II Project Background:

Wutaizha Stadium is located at the south gate of Wuchang with Wuchang Railway Station on the east, 107 state highway on the south. Many real estate programs and business networks has formed Wutaizha economic development zone around. This project is to use the existing stadium build a large-scale comprehensive commercial center integrating culture and sports. The stadium totals an area of  49301 ㎡ including a standard football field with 12000 seats, lighted basketball ground with 3000 seats and supporting fields such as a small football field for training , parking places and etc. The east side along the street is 270 meters long which could be developed to be shop fronts. The developing cost is comparatively low for there are no residents living inside.

III Projects Contents:

Plan A: Remove the football field to build a large scaled sports-commercial center in forms of four to five floors. The football field is to be rebuilt at the top floor the center. The development area is 32055㎡,with an investment of 40million RMB.

Plan B: Remove all the sports facilities to rebuild gymnasiums for business purposes, including synthesis stadium which could hold high-level cultural performances and sports events, indoor swimming pool, tennis court, bodying building center. The development area is 49301㎡,with an investment of 35million RMB.

Plan C: Remove the basketball ground and build a synthesis stadium on the basis of the basketball ground and the small football field for training. The development area is 15171㎡,with an investment of 12million RMB.
