I Unit proposing the project ：Xujiapeng Street Office of People’s Government of Wuchang District

II Project Background:

Moon Bay boasts 2000 meters long river bank, where the maximum width is 80 meters. It takes 21300 square meters and the core area is 16000square meters. This project faces Linjiang Road and Qinyuan Road , the frontage is 1460 meters with the maximum width of 180 meters. It is also accompanied by No.2 Yangtze River Bridge on its right ,which faces Nan’anzui at Hanyang ,Longwangzui and River Bank at Hankou.It is the start point of Guangdong-Wuhan Railway ,which maintains Yuehan dock with more than 60 years’ history, boasting certain flood prevention culture, leadership culture ,Wuchang River Bank culture and bridge culture. Moon Bay is an ideal location for building symbol architectures of Wuhan ,responding to Nan’anzui at Hankou. This area is the only area along the south bank of Yangtze River with easy transportation, which could be utilized to build classic project representing Wuhan.

III Project Advantages:

1Environment Advantages: Under the guidance of the overall city plan issued by Wuhan government, the rive bank area is turning from industrial area to tourist attractions and business zone. The construction of Linjiang Road and the environment renovation create a harmonious natural environment to present a modern river bank sightseeing spot to the local people.

2Business Advantages: It is a traditional hub for distributions of goods with highly developed transportation and storage industry, manufacture industry ,and retail industry. With the development of  Xudong commercial zone ,commercial industry here will be further promoted.

3View Advantages: The construction of Linjiang Road has almost completed, and there will shape a brand new River Bank sightseeing line at Wuchang river bank. Moon Bay will demonstrate functions of “Sightseeing, Culture, and leisure”. With an excellent natural environment suitable for living, it is ideal for projects of catering, tourism, entertainment or even real estate, ect.

IV Functions

Under the guidance of the overall city plan issued by Wuhan government, Moon Bay development project is identified to have functions such as : a river bank sightseeing spot ,a belt living space symbolizing local culture  and flood prevention .

V Develop Plan and Projects:

We have planed five projects including two sight spots and three parks. Two sight spots are Changjiang Ship Design Institution—Moon Bay Natural sightseeing spot and Moon Bay——Erqiaotou  Cultural sightseeing spot. On the basis of these spots, there will construct three parks: Wetland Ecological Forest Park at Moon Bay, “Modern times textile industry Commemoration Park” at Xujiapeng, Guangdong-Wuhan Railway site commemoration Park at Erqiaotou

The buildings of Moon Bay will mainly of old one-floor houses and two or three-floor buildings. The removal cost is estimated 0.5billion RMB.

Plan A: Window of Wuhan.The main construction will be a five star hotel ,supported by other business and service facilities to form new top class business function zone. There will shape a headquarter block crammed with company headquarters ,international groups ,financial organization or business organization of Hongkong, Macao or Taiwan, meanwhile facilitated with theaters, bars, coffee houses and gymnasium ,to represent the charm of Wuhan as a crucial business center.

Plan B: Pearl of Yangtze River. The main construction will be a large-scale theme park or amusement park with supporting facilities for leisure and catering ,to form River Bank entertainment &leisure function zone.
