II Project Content:

This project plans to adopt comprehensive science technology based on Computer, Optical, Electronics technology to research and implement the automobile parts performance test,quality inspection equipment and assembly line. The equipments not only have high-level automatism but also could realize informatization. .The assembly line is connected through network to related departments such as warehouse and technology center,ect. Therefore,the production information and management information could be exchanged and analyzed in time so as to enable the operation of the production line, and provide information to related decisions on production. Along the rapid development of the mechanic and automobile industry, the parts processing ,assembling information automatic inspection and management will further spread.

III Project Scale:

The total investment is 20million RMB.it plans to build world advanced research and production base integrating research and development, production, and sales for automobile parts automatic inspection equipments and assembly lines.

IV Project Background:

In recent years , this institution has undertaking research on application of automobile parts automatic inspection equipments and assembly lines. It has already research and developed diesel oil engine atuo inspection system、flexible assembly line”、“Hydraulic Pump test rig CAT computer control system ”、“multi-type geer wheel anti displacement device”、“flywheel roughcast type recognition device”,“ automobile engine test rig”、 “high-power diesel oil engine test rig”. Programs such as flexible assembly line, are in process of developing now.
