Wuchang Modern Manufacturing incubate base is an urban technology industry park invested by People’s Government of Wuchang. It is a key project in the process of “Three-zone construction “, and an important new carrier for promoting modern manufacture industry and technology innovation.

The base is located in Baishaozhou Urban Industrial Park between No.1 Yangtze River Bridge and No.3 Yangtze River Bridge. With Jinwu Bank on the west, Jiangguo Road on the north, 107 state highways on the east, it occupies an area of 68chinese acres (approximately 45000 square meters). According to the requirements of the urban overall plan, it is identified as Modern Manufacture industry and Hi-tech Industrial Park, which mainly invites enterprises of electromechanical products or electronic products. Its water and electricity facilities are complete. The newly built standard workshops account for 30000 square meters, while the area of road, Greenland and part of supporting facilities is 15000 square meters. The workshop’s structure is flexible to be reorganized responding to the needs of small and middle scaled enterprises. Some of the workshops are equipped with a traveling crane of 10 tons, which are suitable for enterprises of large scale.
