II  Project Background:

Wuhan Henggang Logistic Develop Co,Ltd is a large-scale storage and logistic company with 50 years history ,which has been identified as one of the essential enterprises in Baishazhou Urban Industry Park. Henggang Logistic Industry Park occupies 364mu,including 50000 square meters’ storeroom ,15000 square meters’ depot. It holds 6 large-scale ternary cranes of 1530 tons to provide holding capacity of more than 2million tons. It is 4 kilometers to Wuchang Railway Station,2 kilometers to Baishazhou Yangtze River Bridge andYangtze River dock,700 meters to 107 state highway and 10 minuets drive to Beijing-Zhuhai Highway. It neighbors to Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone.4 railway private sidelines are connected with Beijing-Guangzhou Railway.

III  Project Contents:

There are three projects to be developed:

1 Processing and distributing project

We would like to cooperate with transnational logistic and distributing companies to build the storage and logistic center、processing manufacture center at the south gate of Wuhan.Total investment in this project is to be 50-100 million RMB.

2 Special Automobile manufacture projects

Special automobile production is an important component of automobile industry with great potential. However, the special automobile production in china is lagged off far behind that in the developed countries, no matter in production and sales volumes or products categories.  With the rapid economic development in china, needs for special automobile will increase. We aim at attracting investment of large automobile manufacturers to joint found this project. The total investment is to be 80millioin RMB.The first stage project will generate production of 3000 automobiles each year and the predicted annual revenue is 1billion RMB with an annual profit of 60millioinRMB.

3 High frequency welded H steel production project

H steel an economical steel with high quality derived from I-shaped steel. It saves 10%-30%metal on the same capacity of undertaking load. It is also light in weight and makes no pollution. Therefore, it is widely used in the steel structure construction projects and public infrastructures such as buildings, power station、oil drilling rig platform bridges,vehicles,roads, office buildings ect.

H steel has become a dominant product after deformed steel、steel strip.Up to now its annual production in the foreign countries has taken half of the total steal production. In china, its production is only counted as 8%-10% of the total domestic steal production, which can not meet the market needs.

We would like to invite companies with strong background in these fields to jointly invest in build H steel production Line. The total investment is to be 40 million RMB including investment in fix assets of 22million RMB. The construction period is 1 year; payback period of investment is 4 years. The first year upon completion the revenue is expected to reach 0.3billion RMB with net profits of 12million RMB.
